David & Tabitha {Married} Nashville, TN | Amber Tyler, Photographer

I was so excited when I found out that David and Tabitha had decided to hire me as their photographer for their wedding right outside of Nashville, Tn. Nashville has been a city I have wanted to visit since I was a little girl, and I just knew whatever they had planned for their wedding would be amazing.

These images just make me smile. I was able to go to Nashville a day before the wedding and actually got to spend quite a bit of time with the wedding party as well as the bride and groom's families. They are all such amazing people that showed me what true southern hospitality is. Also, the food was amazing. I have to say David's dad is a really good cook. He had joked about starting his own catering business and charging a lot of money, and I totally think he could do it... The food was THAT good.

The wedding party and bride and groom all got ready at the "House of Lloyd", aka David's parent's house. The bride and groom portraits/ first look was done right in their beautiful back yard. The house was only a few blocks away from the venue for the ceremony and reception, so it was very convenient and added to the laid back feel of the wedding, since no one really had to worry about making it on time.

I absolutely love the colors Tabitha and David has chose for their wedding. The coral and grey was beautiful and made for awesome pictures. The details were equally as awesome. There were frames on each table with one of their favorite bible verses that had to do with love and marriage. They also used chalk board table clothes so the guests could all doodle on the tables for fun.

The ceremony was very God centered, as is their relationship. David and Tabitha met through mutual friends that they had made while doing youth ministry. Most of the wedding party were friends from this same program. I enjoyed hearing all of their stories of ministry and fun times they had. There were many moments in this whole trip that had touched my heart. From the rehearsal dinner, to the end of the reception, I felt completely welcomed by the family and could just see the love and excitement they all had for David and Tabitha. I truly feel excited for them as well. I know that they will stand the test of time and that through God, their marriage will be blessed for all the years to come. I'm so happy to have been able to capture that love and joy so they can look back and always remember just how awesome their wedding day was.
