Danielle + Brandon | Cannon's Edge | Spokane, WA
"We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love." -Dr. Seuss
This was one of the quotes that Danielle's Maid of Honor read during her toast at their reception. She went on to talk about the differences between Danielle and Brandon, and how those differences make each other better when they are together. She spoke of how much Danielle loves to talk, loves to give words of affirmation, and about how Brandon can be really quiet at times- tends to listen more than speaking. The point was made that both giving words of affirmation and listening are two very important parts of a marriage, and that they were already on the right track. In my 7 years of marriage I have learned how important these qualities are. I, much like Danielle, am the talker and my husband is the more quiet one. He has many times taught me the importance of being a good listener and how being able to listen is oftentimes more important than forming a response. It definitely takes balance, and for Danielle and Brandon to already have that part going for them is huge.
Right upon meeting both Danielle and Brandon it was very apparent that they are meant for one another. Their families were amazing as well. Everyone came together so nicely and there was just this overall sense of happiness and contentment throughout the whole day. Brandon's family traveled to Spokane from Wisconsin, and Danielle's family from South central Washington. Everyone got along so well that you would think they had all known each other their whole lives.
Danielle and Brandon,
Thank you so much for having me be a part of your special day. I left your wedding feeling energized, loved, and inspired. Everything was absolutely beautiful and just perfect. Your families welcomed me and made me feel like part of the wedding from start to finish. You are both so blessed to have these amazing people in your lives! I can't wait to see what the future holds for the two of you, and hope to do more photos for you in the future. Here's to many, many happy years as Mr. and Mrs. Zirbel!
Sincerely, Amber Tyler
