Ashley + Jeremy | Leavenworth, WA Wedding | Amber Tyler Photographer
If you are going to get married in Leavenworth, WA. it only makes sense to do it around Christmas time! This place is absolutely magical during the month of December. I'm talking decked out in Christmas lights, there are carolers and people dressed up as Santa Claus just roaming the streets. I seriously felt like a kid again visiting this place, it was amazing.
I met Ashley where just about everyone meets new people these days- social media. Instagram to be exact. I was running a promotion for destination weddings and she found my ad and contacted me. I could tell right away just in communicating online that she was my type of bride. She was laid back, funny, very passionate about her daughter, and shared hilarious memes all the time. She told me the story of how Jeremy proposed and that he proposed in one of her most favorite places in the world- the Oregon Coast. Which just so happens to be one of my most favorite places in the world! (You did good Jeremy).
With the help of friends and family, they were able to plan this wedding pretty quick. I love the details and that not much decor was needing because both the wedding venue and cabin they stayed in were already pretty enough as is, topped off with Christmas decor of course! The venue is Mountain Springs Lodge. Food was also provided by the lodge. The cake was done by the grooms aunt, Tracy Giesbers. The bouquet was made by Full Bloom Flowers out of Wenatchee, WA. The dress was from Charolette's Weddings & More. The rest of the decor was DIY.
Ashley + Jeremy,
Thank you so much for having me capture your special day. I had so much fun getting to know you and your family. Everyone was so nice and I felt so welcome. The cabin and venue were absolutely amazing! I'm so glad we had plenty of pretty snow too! I hope your day was everything you dreamed of and more for your wedding. I wish the best for you, Jeremy, and Avery! Oh and the filet mignon was the bomb 🙂
Sincerely, Amber Tyler
